Hiiya Beachie! My most memorable July 4th happened in 1976, our Bicentenial. I was in the Army in Bamberg Germany and our unit was responsible for guard duty of our ammunition depot. So me and my fellow soldiers walked the perimeter of the depot, wishing we were back on base celebrating the 4th of July with the rest of our buddies. Hey, someone had to do it :-) How’s the mini vacation going?

Good evening and Happy Independence (almost) Day, Pro ((HUGS))

Thank you for standing guard in Bamberg, Germany so we could enjoy the 4th here at home.

The mini-vacation is going good.
Got a lot done in the short time.
Now the next few days are R&R.

How was your trip north?
What are your plans for tomorrow?
