A black Mississippi pastor has emerged to claim Sen. Thad Cochran's (R-MS) campaign paid thousands of Democrats $15 each to vote in the June 24 GOP runoff and that he was part of the scheme. Rev. Stevie Fielder, an associate pastor at First Union Missionary Baptist Church in Meridan, Mississippi, says Cochran's campaign told me to offer blacks $15 each and to vote for Thad. Fielder, who was paid by freelance journalist Charles C. Johnson for the story, provided a new outlet launched by JohnsonGotNews.comwith four text messages from a person purporting to be Cochran campaign staffer Saleem Baird. The messages cite an official Cochran campaign email addressSaleem@ThadForMs.comand include detailed discussions of the campaign providing envelopes of money to distribute to people who vote. Send me individual names and amounts along with home address to saleem@thadforms.com and Ill have money separated in envelopes at the office waiting for you, one message, sent three days before the runoff, says. Fielder said he helped distribute the Cochran cash for votes on a promise of eventually getting paid $16,000and because a key Cochran campaign staffer convinced him that Cochrans conservative challenger state Sen. Chris McDaniel was racist. They sold me on the fact that he was a racist and that the right thing to do was to keep him out of office, Fielder said. But Cochran's campaign never paid, Fielder said. But as to whether Cochran himselfthe candidate, per Mississippi lawwould be responsible for the actions of his campaign staffers, election law attorney Trey Traynor of Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, LLP told Breitbart News that clearly yes, Mississippis statutes applies to candidates and their agents.

No wonder the commie libs referred to the GOP primary as a victory. They all picked up a little spending money.
Take them down, every last Barbourite!
Let the GOPe in DC know they are next!
Buying votes, mighty Democrat of them
Raze the MS GOPE and rebuild from the ashes!
Who in DC supported Cochran? McConnell?
Follow the money back to McConnell and take him out!!!
Sweet!!!
I’m awaiting the imminent arrival of the pro-GOPe posters defending the Cochran/Barbour criminal enterprise.
Well .... maybe they’ll avoid this and similar threads.
Oops Thud it’s criminal now.
I'd like to hear exactly what the Cochran side told him.
A congressional staffer was the bag man:

Uh, the usual 15 ‘moderate’ senators, you know, the Collins, Ayottes, etc. They each gave 5K.
Look at the text messages!
Completely insane of him to put that in writing. It’s a FELONY every time someone was paid to vote. That’s hundreds / thousands of individual felonies.
In a normal world, the DOJ would be all over this.
McConnell to the tune of $800,000 and Barbour’s own PAC machine, and surely some big money from that 23 million dollars set aside by outside groups (Rove types) to blow up TP backed candidates wherever they pop up.
PING
We don’t need the DOJ. We need a sympathetic judge who is not controlled by the Miss GOPe. At this point, GOAL #1 is getting the results overturned. Then we can work on getting the whole cabal interned at Parchman for life.
Or a local DA with some balls.
That's what I'm afraid of. Why would this guy expose himself to possible criminal action, because he didn't get paid? These guys are used to dealing with cheats. Worries me that they're going to make us all look like a bunch of nuts.
See, you just love Obama and hate America. Everyone knows that voter fraud falls under the “No matter what” provision of GOP voting. Now get back on the plantation or we will post pictures of Yosemite Sam on a Dragon and call you bad names!
