All the technology that we have sent to Iraq is falling into the hands of Isis. That probably includes aircraft. It was just in the news today that Russia has sent fighters to Iraq. Those might end up in the hands of Isis too. This is what happens when you give things away instead of using them yourself.

Yup, it's almost certainly a useless hulk. It may even have been buried somewhere for years, dug up once Saddam's regime was wiped away, and dumped in a warehouse.
We have more to worry about these radicalized types coming back to Western countries and pulling lone wolf or small group shootings. In fact, I've always thought the greatest weakness of these terrorist types is their determination to pull off the big event instead of just sending 30 guys with basic sniper rifles to cities all over the US, UK, etc. I live in the DC area and remember the Beltway Snipers, 2 guys in a crappy car, caused immense chaos and fear. Now just imagine a bunch of jihadi's doing that in say 10-15 cities at once.
Israel doesn’t bomb cities. Israel targets specific locations and the people and assets in them. Just sayin’

Saddam tried to hide stuff in order to keep in safe from the cruise missile and other targeting systems. Basically, when it gets turned on, it gets blown to hell.
We first put a bunch of AWACS in the area, and then fly some Wild Weasel missions to get them to turn on their targeting radars. Then we blow them to bits.
SCUD launch facilities suffer the same fate, usually picked out from satellite picture differences.
