When I lived in Az I had a well on the property in the San Pedro River Valley.
That well provided water to 5 neighbors.
Once every 3 months I would gou round and collect 5 bucks apiecice from them for the electric bill that pumped the water up.
This was in the farking desert!

Frankly I don’t believe these folks can’t pay their water bills...they just spend their monies on other “stuff”.

We are in a serious drought here in Tx.
It has been 6 years running.

The other day, I met a man, during the conversation, I asked whatnhe did fpr a living. He is on disability.
“For what?” I asked.
“I’m overweight. “
To say he was overweight is to say Obummer is socialist-leaning. This guy weighed at least 700 pounds.
Makes me mad that I am payingntaxes to support the lifestyle of a guy whose disability is that he can’t walk away fromnthe buffet table.

I prefer saying they choose to milk the people who do work because they don’t want to work for what they get.
I like the idea that anyone getting free food etc. who is able to work, has to do community service for their hand outs.
Imagine how little time it would take if groups of these freeloaders, with a site manager, were put to work tearing down and clearing all the blighted houses.
