Sounds good to me.The vets *still* won’t be able to see a cancer specialist but they’ll have all the health & beauty products they need.
Don’t know a thing about this guy.
The guy doesn't appear to have any experience operating a health care system. Why can't presidents find qualified people with relevant experience to fill positions?
They get people who will do what they’re told, just like 0bama.
Humans need not apply.
Because they look in all the wrong places , and believe in Cronyism !!
I have never seen so many educated people in one place,
who have no work expierience !
Is he another crook that will Obey Obama’s Orders ?
So, will this change anything?
Will someone be Fired?
Will someone be put in JAIL?
Will VA wait times be Reduced?
Just what will change???
I know a few things about him...perhaps the most important of which is that he's never even swept the floor in a hospital, let alone graduated from medical school or managed a hospital. In other words he won't have the first clue on how to stop vets from dying while waiting for an appointment with a cancer specialist or heart surgeon.
It appears P&G had to bring back the old CEO to fix the company after Bob McDonald wrecked it.
Well, you'll have a recent retiree getting a $100K/yr Federal pension and a new hire getting a $150K/yr Federal paycheck. That's change you can *believe* in!
Another Obama misfit. Just another CZAR to carry out the planned agenda.
He’s looks a lot better than I had hoped for from this administration.
West Point grad, started at the bottom at P&G and worked his way up.
Wish him luck..
So he wasn't qualified to produce Scrubbing Bubbles but he's good enough to manage a huge health care system?
At least McDonald is a West Point graduate. I wonder what the connection is to Barack Insane Obama? Obama doesn’t make moves without politics as the first motive.
So do the bedridden vets waiting for heart surgery!
Isn't Murtha a Naval Academy grad?
McDonald was an Army Ranger, 82nd Airborne, West Point grad and spent a career at P&G working his way up, eventually becoming CEO. Quite an accomplishment, though this challenge will be unlike any he’s ever faced. Good luck to you Bob.
In 1985..GE brought in Silas Cathcart, the retired chairman of Illinois Toolworks, to run Kidder, Peabody, the old line Wall Street firm caught up in multiple scandals..when the appointment was announced, a WS exec was quoted anonymously in the WSJ: “That’s just what Kidder needs..a good tool and die man to run the place..”
