I see Nicole can afford tattoos, manicures and lots of food. Perhaps her priorities are a bit off.
I’ve used Detroit as an example in some of my classes. It’s not news that the city is poorly run, mishandles the money it does have, etc.
So, on one hand, I am willing to cut the woman some slack when she said that the water dept. wouldn’t/couldn’t do anything. I’m not surprised.
HOWEVER, why stay in the same place for 5 years if the water bill is so high and you can’t get any resolution to the problem? That’s just stupid.
Doesn’t the Obama phone come with water delivery.
