My guess is the Supreme Court will throw it out and say “dumbass! Your branch wrote the laws, if you don’t like them repeal them or make them more defined”.
I will believe it when I see it. Unless he went into emergency surgery and had a set implanted, I have my doubts.
Me thinks Boehner does not grasp how little power the House now has and how much power Obama’s executive branch has amassed in the past 5 years. The House has not challenged Obama in the past and has given over much of its power to Obama. A lawsuit is nothing to Obama. Obama controls the apparatus of the Fed gov’t, including the courts.

Stop blocking the more obvious solution and impeach. A lawsuit could then be a useful side measure.

There was one radio talk show ‘host’ that was always coming out with some major ‘breaking’ developments in a ‘few days’.
Much the same as Sheriff Arpaio had all his facts ready next week.
Kind of like the big Geraldo ‘Jerry Rivers’ Rivera and his ‘Al Capone Vault’ Phiasco Phlop......

How absurd! The House of Representatives IS the court for this matter.
So the legislative branch whines to the judicial branch. Why not use the power of the House? Cripple or defund the agencies Obama is directing to violate the Constitution! The EPA can’t enforce its rules if it has to exhaust its budget to buy a box of paper clips.

‘Boehner’ and ‘gigantic’ are mutually exclusive terms. If any Republican does anything remotely realistic about the rampant corruption by this president, the media will draw and quarter him and federal agencies will harass, intimidate and prosecute him. Rather than follow the Constitutional prescriptions for a rouge president: defunding and impeachment. The House can also arrest administration officers.
