Stop blocking the more obvious solution and impeach. A lawsuit could then be a useful side measure.
Obama WANTS them to impeach more than ever, and so do all the democrats.
WHY?
Because he will be acquitted in the Senate. WHATEVER he does, doesn’t matter.
The dems will make this a fight all about evil, nasty, racist republicans going after the Historical First BLACK President. And the press lies waiting with thousands of stories saying the same.
They think it is there one change to keep the Senate.
My idea is as follows: Lawsuit now.
Come the day after elections, and given the Senate moving to Republican hands, IMPEACHMENT that day.
