Residents of an impoverished Virginia town made it clear how they feel about a proposal to house young illegal immigrants in a closed college in the community: Heck no, they told federal officials.
Department of Health and Human Services representatives met with residents of Lawrenceville to stem the backlash against the government’s plans to relocate the teens, the Washington Times reported.
Officials wanted to use the defunct St. Paul’s College as living quarters for 500 children from Central America – 75 percent of them males aged 15 to 17. Plans call for the youth to be guarded by armed Homeland Security agents. More than 1,000 residents crowded into a high school auditorium for the meeting were having none of it, as seen on the raw video published on Breitbart.

I think the Federal Government should setup a special program (let’s just call it Welcome Wagon) to handle the flood of unaccompanied child refugees (refugees is the correct term for them as they are fleeing the corrupt and failed communist/socialist South American countries).
They should be rounded up and flown to Progressive cities in the North including: Chicago, Denver, Boston, NYC, DC, Hartford, Philadelphia, Trenton, Albany, etc. The states on the border do not have the advanced empathy that they Northern cities could offer these down and out refugees. As a bonus, they could be immediately employed as housekeepers, gardeners, sex slaves, and other productive trades to help defer the costs.
Come on Progressives, step up to the plate and be counted. Don’t let those racists in VA, TX, AZ, etc. defer you from that higher calling.
