Unbelievable! You've been here on Free Republic since 1998 and post this? So much for seniority and tenure granting wisdom. John Kerry and hussien obama are traitors! The boss made this point quite clear when he wrote:

And as for Vice-President Richard Cheney, he was and is a Patriot who truly loves America. Yes, not 100% prefect, but the policies that he and President George W. Bush enacted kept America safe and secure for eight years.
On a personal note, I'm in my 70s and during the years of the Bush/Cheney administration, I was able to enjoy a blissful, good night's sleep during that whole time. Ever since the obama/holder cabal usurped power, that's not been the case. The world has been in continual crisis mode, day-after-day, under their "blame America first" regime.
When it came time for Richard Cheney to stand up as a "Patriot," he went out and got five draft deferments rather than take his place among all the real patriots who did what they were told and showed up when drafted. In his own words: "I had other priorities in the 60's than military service."
