What I meant by that was that if we do a half-a**ed job of going after Obama, he would more or less be inoculated from future moves to impeach unless something simply explosive was revealed.
Once the Senate took a pass on Clinton, he was able to do pretty much what he wanted. They weren’t going to impeach again. The Republicans in the House had already been humiliated once.
I think that same dynamic would play out unless like I said, a bombshell was revealed.
