Let's say that there was the political will to impeach Obama. Everyone that voted for it would be called racists for the rest of the political careers, which wouldn't be long. Regardless, lets say it passed, there is absolutely no threat of prison time as Biden would be the new president who would use his pardon power exuberantly.
