A video posted on YouTube shows a white girl on a scooter ambushed and beaten by a black girl. The beating went on for about 12 seconds until you hear voices in the background calling for it to stop.
A Cleveland Police report shows the attacker is 13 years old. The victim, Danielle Fair, says she felt bullied.
A neighbor says she saw it all, and she heard the attacker use a racial slur.
"Cracker. She called her a cracker," said Jessica Jaworski.
The attack looked planned, with the camera rolling even before the beating even started.

I don’t think anyone knows for sure but the version I have heard since I was a child in the 50s, is that it originated with early North Florida residents who used bull whips to make their ox or horse wagons move.
I think it is interesting that there still are Florida Cowboys on large ranches who use whips instead of ropes.
The term was also apparently common in Georgia as the old Atlanta minor league baseball team was known as the “Georgia Crackers.”
It continues.. the mob violence including even muggings, knockout game, mob attacks, murders, beatings.. and no wonder look at the wicked hatred coming out of the White House, the Congress, the MSM, academia against those "who have too much" and how things should be more fair. How "they" stole "the people's" property.

There is such a thing as vicarious liability. Did the attacker hear inflammatory comments by public figures.. even Obama? Sue 'em.

I forgot to add that calling a White person “Cracker” is exactly the same thing as calling a Black person “Nigger”.

The attacker is a black teenage girl. The girls being bullied are younger white girls. The Cleveland police got it correct, calling black-on-white violence, or whenever one race attacks another, a hate crime. They have to or it will get seriously scary in that area. JMHO
Cracker? ....with white cheese, of course!
