White House spokesman Josh Earnest said Wednesday that the administration was “watching very carefully” the rise of a new growing threat in the Middle East, the al-Qaeda-affiliated Sunni group calling itself the “Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant” (ISIL), which has already seized control of two Iraqi cities in two days and is threatening to take Baghdad as well.

When faced by the ISIL in two cities, the U.S.-trained Iraqi forces fled, abandoning valuable equipment supplied by the U.S.

Let's not jump the gun here. First Barry needs to find some video to blame this all on. I understand that even as we speak, the administration is reviewing suspicious sections of the old movie "Lawrence of Arabia."

But if no disrespectful video can be found, then Barry should draw a red line somewhere. If that fails too, only then should he activate the mighty tweet machine.
