Vanity - Mike Gallagher's Pro-Lindsey Graham Rant
6/11/14 | dagogo redux

On other threads recently, the faux-conservative bone fides of Hugh Hewitt and Michael Medved have been sharply questioned in light of recent events. I'm wondering whether Mike Gallagher needs to be added to that list.

I can pick up three "Conservative Talk Radio" stations on my way to and from work, but I seldom listen to one of them because it features lightweights. My wife borrowed my truck yesterday, and must have been playing with the dials, because it was tuned to that third station when I got in this morning.

Some guy - I couldn't place him at first, but recognized his voice - was going on an incredibly livid rant about "fellow conservatives" who did not support Lindsey Graham, and who were unhappy that he won the primary. On and on and on he went about how conservative Graham was, and what a great man he was and such, and how much we needed him specifically in that Senate seat.

The gist of his argument seemed to be that these elections are all about whether our team - the Republicans - can win seats or not, and not whether a candidate who wins is a conservative, as long as they are somehow conservative "enough," which of course he thinks the esteemed Mr. Graham is. I listened to the end to find out who the host was: it was Mike Gallagher.

Varying stripes, indeed.
Savage has to explain those unfortunate political donations.

Someone who has an agenda but pretends concern for another reason. They can be offline too. For example if your mother in law says she’s concerned that your child may hurt himself playing too rough in the house, she really means she’s afraid he will spill or break something—things like that.

Thank you. That’s not me. Some here will laugh their asses off when I say this, but I have no hidden agenda.

I am, however, cynical and crotchety. :)

I was just being sarcastic since my ‘debate partner’ was being wise with his ‘whats a concern troll’ comment.

PDS is Palin Derangement syndrome. An afliction of liberals pretending to be conservative that causes them to parrot MSNBC talking points about Palin.

You’re not answering my question. How are you connecting all conservative radio talk show hosts as being RINOs? What makes you assume Rush Limbaugh or Mark Levin are RINOs or support RINOs?

I answered exactly and by example. When you have the two faced BS they display, one min. telling people that candidate/politician X is a danger to America and the next telling us to vote for that same person, one or the other is either a lie or the talking head is making up things as they go along.

Because Mitt cannot be Satan for 2 years and Savior come election day. Nor Hatch, nor any of a hundred pols a year they use to do whatever with.

Now If you do not see an answer there, you should look harder because that is twice I have given you, by direct and unambiguous example, an answer.

What does it take for Boehner to begin Articles of Impeachment for the Democrat’s Obama?
