More Laura than Mark. The biggest kudos go to the grassroots volunteers, especially those in Hanover County.
Thanks, I appreciate the response. Wondering though, is this her current stance or has she shifted on this?
I don’t know.
And on the flip side, can you state that she still holds those positions? I am honestly asking because it’s important that we have the truth. Thanks again
Michael Medved (RINO Radio) today was wondering why no conservative celebrities had publicly come out for Eric Cantor.
Medved is convinced that Sarah Palin would have campaigned for Cantor if he had asked her. Medved is also convinced that Democrats crossed over to nominate Brat because they know that they can beat him. And he’s convinced that amnesty played no role in Cantor’s defeat.
For those of you in California, Medved is a huge supporter of Neel Kashkari who defeated tea party candidate Tim Donnelly.
That should be all you need to know about Neel Kashkari who admits to having voted for Barack Obama, and who supports gay marriage and amnesty. Hugh Hewitt is also a huge Neel Kashkari fan.
Both Medved and Hewitt denounced Tim Donnelly as the worst candidate running in any GOP primary.
We owe all of you who supported Brat. The first shot in a big war.
Why don’t you do the research and find out where she stands now? I am not tracking her positions since she is out of elective politics. If she decides to jump back in, it is one of the questions she will need to answer.
Fair enough, however, it wasn’t I who declared she was FOR amnesty.
You’ve shown your cards, thanks.
She is still FOR amnesty until proven otherwise. I gave you the links you requested—maybe just not the answer you wanted.
Medved and Hewett have shows that come into the Tucson area. I avoid both. But I was wondering how the RINOs tried to explain away Brat’s win. Now I know they think the dems were stepping up a fall guy for themselves. Harumph!
It is more important for them to have establishment types be the “only viable candidates in the general,” even when they lose or they end up betraying us. I think a good weather vane would be to listen harder to those they dismiss, and tune out those they promote, like Hewett does with”fast-talking, slick and sly” Rubio.
Since the days when Reagan beat George Christopher for the GOP gubernatorial nomination in California, I have never seen them do that.
Cuz thats what they tell us when their guy wins.
Won't happen.
Some people think this is some kind of wave for the Tea Party. I’m not sure I agree. Maybe David Brat is just very, very bright and an excellent politician in the bargain. His ads were really, really good.
” I think a good weather vane would be to listen harder to those they dismiss, and tune out those they promote, like Hewett does withfast-talking, slick and sly Rubio.”
I do exactly that. Hewitt and Medved provide a window into what the GOPe is plotting.
He has to win first. If he doesn’t, and the seat goes to the Democrats, this isn’t a net win
Here amnesty position is not on Sarahpac and I had trouble finding anything real recent.
Here’s what I found on Huffpo just recently:
Either unaware or unsatisfied by those developments on border security, Palin wrote that giving undocumented immigrants a path to citizenship would only help further “bankrupt” the government. The Congressional Budget Office has predicted the bill would reduce the deficit by about $200 billion over the next 10 years and by about $700 billion over the following decade, but Palin cites a highly controversial Heritage Foundation report that claimed immigrants would provide no net economic benefits, and would only cost the nation by drawing from entitlement programs.

Then this was on Breitbart:
Palin also contrasted Maness with the more liberal Republican running to replace Landrieu, as Breitbart News reported:
She hailed Maness, who has wrestled an alligator in a campaign commercial, as a “true conservative” for “opposing amnesty, pledging to protect our Second Amendment rights, and promising to defund Obamacare.”
Thank you leapfrog, sounds closer to what I’ve heard her express vocally.
I live in CA. KASHKARI had an advertisement on EVERY 10 minutes,
he has BIG MONEY from somewhere!!!!!! I DID NOT see 1 single ad
for Donnelly would not have known who he was if not for a postcard I
received in the mail and this site!!!!!! I DID NOT vote for KASHKARI he
looks middle eastern is he?????
Kashkari is of Indian descent. Dot Indian, not feather Indian.
He is very wealthy and has Wall Street connections so funding his campaign was no problem. He was also the chosen candidate of the GOPe so he could have tapped that source of money as well.
What he doesn’t have is a single conservative bone in his body. He voted for Obama in 2008. He supports amnesty, gay marriage and abortion.
In other words he’s a perfect candidate in the eyes of RINO phonies like Michael Medved and Hugh Hewitt.
The question is how does she define amnesty. A path to citizenship is not necessary for an amnesty. Obama and McCain are against amnesty. They say if you pay a fine, learn English, and get to the back of the line, that is not amnesty.

AllAmericanGirl, you’re welcome.
