This is bad ground because Jews have held since the beginning that the father of Jesus is not Yahweh, the god of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Their Allah is definite not the Biblical God. Their Allah teaches them to lie to, attack, subjugate, and kill Christians and
Jews ( and other innocent people). This is most definitely not Biblical One true God. The issue is not that they know the one true God poorly, the issue is they their god is in direct opposition to the one true God (and His peoples). There are probably some Moslems who think they are praying to the right guy. But, It’s what they may think or claim they think that matters. It’s what their god actually teaches that counts and that reveals their god’s real identity. There is only one force so evil as to teach the mass murders of millions of innocent peoples just because they’re Christian or Jewish believers in the biblical God. That’s not completely accurate. Islam’s founder Ishmael is mentioned.

We know from scripture that it is a demon god because it denies the Lordship of Jesus.

God in ancient times ordered or did some things that we may not approve of by our modern social understandings. Yes. But I would suggest that God’s revelation is best viewed in a more comprehensive perspective, one that includes and indeed emphasizes such central teachings or goals, if you will, as the Ten commandments, the Golden Rule, and turning the other cheek -— Not trying to over simplify but it’s difficult to type a lot in this little box. Just saying that there is a major central positive theme that’s repeatedly taught by the Biblical God for human life on Rock Three, and that this Divine instruction is directly contradicted, opposed, whatever by That other outfit teaching it’s adherents to go out and kill Christians, Jews, and other innocent people in the name of Alluh.

Umm, Ishmael was in all likelihood an ancestor of Mohammed, the founder of Islam.

The Arians were a Christian sect and worshipped the true God of Abraham and Isaac.
Zoroastrians worshipped a monotheistic God very like that God.
The Islamic Allah is a god of hate, violence and intolerance totally divorced from Judaeo-Christian theology and unlike the conception of a deity envisioned by nearly any other religious belief system.
Their god is like Sharia - evil, brutal, hateful and intolerant and ALSO deceptive and mendacious when dealing with “non-believers”.
The issue here is map versus territory.
That Muslims believe Allah is the same Person as the God worshipped by Jews and Christians is beyond dispute. The Creator, the One True God, etc.
That the word “Allah” simply means “God,” is also just a fact.
Now whether the word Allah when used by Christians means the same Person as when used by Muslims is a matter of opinion, at least from a human perspective. Nobody in this life can prove it as a matter of fact on way or the other.
Personally, I try to give all those who claim to be worshiping the One True God benefit of the doubt. As Paul explained in Acts 17, even those unclear on the nature or name of God may be worshiping him. Some don’t know who He is, others have mistaken or even wildly wrong beliefs about him. It’s not up to me to decide how God feels about a sincerely devout Muslim.
I think we have enough to do dealing with the actions of the more devout and extreme Muslims, without worrying ourselves about whether the Allah they all worship is “really” a demon.
Yea I am sick of the same God argument, hell no allah is no god, and mohammad is a perve..I think Christians should have the right to put up signs, mohammad is a demonic liar and allah is a phonecian temple make up god..
