I think Sarah Palin may be it.

She could be but she scares a lot of men, and especially those in power; they don't want to give into a woman in charge, maybe? They, especially the liberals, were so afraid of her they besmirched her good name. I see she has a SarahPAC now, similar to Allen West, to help conservative candidates.
