John McCain isnt concerned with the legality of the prisoner swap designed to release Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl from Afghanistan but he opposes the deal all the same.
McCain also said he supports the drive from Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) to hold a hearing on Bergdahl but lamented that it might not accomplish much.
Its worthy of a hearing, McCain said. But, its done.

Just part of the price to be paid for you getting your “turn”, John.
Yea,let’s have a hearing that’s the answer!
Not only do he dems control the senate they have some weak-a$$ repubs in there to.
So here’s a thought, Senator. The North Vietnamese that played parlour tricks on you, should that be condoned simply because “it’s done”? Should crimes be allowed simply because prosecution would be after the acts are committed? If you believe so, GFY and resign, you are not a man of law.
McCain can always be counted on to clean up for Obama —
It’s not to late to hit them with a drone strike and a firing squad for Bergdahl..................
What difference does it make, eh, Maverick?
He’d have been an absolute blast at the end of WWII. “I know there were concentration camps, but it’s done now. Maybe we should have a hearing, not that it will accomplish much.”
John McCain is a worthless blowhard.
He was made aware of the 2012 deal that fell apart because Obama demanded the terrorist live in Qatar the rest of their lives.
...the 2014 deal has the 5 terrorist living in Qatar for only a year. That is if they decided to abide.
Don’t matter none. You don’t need the Senate to impeach, only to CONVICT.
I say go ahead and impeach the bastard.
A real CinC would have droned those raghead bastards on the tarmac at Qatar.
Yeah really, “his turn” and its consequences. Same goes for Romney.
It’s sickening isn’t it?
Yet another reason why I no longer distinguish between R and D, anymore.
Hey, John: How about a hearing about arming terrorists who are slaughtering Christians in Syria? You know, the ones you support and were buddying up to when you went to Syria. That’s still going on, and we’d really like answers.
