Now that Bergdahl has been sprung—in exchange for five senior Taliban officials, who had been imprisoned at Guantanamo—soldiers who served with Bergdahl are grumbling that he deserted and shouldn’t be hailed as a hero, especially given the resulting cost in American lives. The bile surrounding his rescue is blunt on his Fort Richardson, Alaska brigade’s Facebook page:
“I say we welcome him home with a firing squad.,” one says. “He’s a piece of trash and everyone from [Fort Richardson] knows it the only person less American than that man is the president for giving up 5 hvt’s [High-Value Targets]” “Now he can stand trial for deserting his post,” says one message on his unit’s Facebook page—a sentiment that has garnered 44 “likes”.

Bowe also has to shoulder the burden of responsibility for Afghans who died as a result of the search. It,s an inconvenient truth.

He should be tried by court martial and hanged if found guilty. And put Hagel and one more on the gallows with him.
Everyone who is following this story needs to go to The Daily Mail. They are contacting the families of these dead heroes - and the results are not pretty for Obama. Thank God for the British press.

I don’t think he will.....he was self-obsorbed before he went in and I doubt that will change. Especially with the parents he has who are likewise IMO.

If there ever was a time for a military coup, this is it. But, unfortunately, there are too many politicians in high positions in the military.
