That’s lower than a democrat typically can get. These are truly historic lows.

Maybe, but 99.9999999 % of the 38 % believe EVERYTHING that the Left Stream Media tells them.
BTW, just what is the difference between a gullible, low information voter and a moron that votes?

Indeed. On May 23rd according to the chart in the post, approval was 36% and disapproval 57.5%.
He’s losing his base.

Eh, Rasmussen probably has him at 49% positive. Haven’t looked in a long time, maybe I’m too pessimistic.

“How on earth can our country survive with so many morons.”
Just remember that among those 38% are probably a very high percentage of “elite” university faculty. Now remember that a large number of those who wind up in the White House, Senate, and Supreme Court are products of those universities. Now ask again why the country is in the shape that it is in.

The sinking approval rating has been well-earned, but Obama only cared about being re-elected. He could care less what happens from here on out, as long as he can throw more sand in the gears of this nation's financial engine.

Since Scott Rasmussen sold the company, it’s turned into an outlier that consistently pumps up Obama. It’s as if the DNC bought it from Scott.
