FBI spokesman Peter Lee said agents did not know if suspect Ryan Kelly Chamberlain II, 42, is carrying explosives, but he is considered armed and dangerous. Chamberlain is likely driving a white Nissan Altima with either California or Texas license plates 7FQY085 and BX9M042 respectively, Lee said.
Chamberlain is 6-foot-3 and weighs 223 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans, Lee said. Authorities said anyone who encounters him should call 911 rather than approach him.
Lee said agents believe Chamberlain was acting alone. Authorities declined to describe the type of explosives found at the apartment. Nor did they state why the suspect may have amassed the material, saying the investigation is still under way.

Contrary to some media reports, authorities did not find any ricin or other chemical or biological threats in the residence.

if your thought is on target ... would be a risky way to go ghost (imho). Full BOLO, via FBI, is not what I would think of going ghost.
Thank You Nachum. My Full Appreciation.
Aah, the old sealed affidavits and warrants trick .... my guess is that someone (NSA) heard him say, “I’d rather slug down ricin that eat those Moo lunches”, which then set the ball rolling to involve the Secret Service, FBI, etc.

I agree ... not impossible. This one has ‘baffling’ written all over the BOLO. Wonder if the guy even knows he is being hunted?
FWIW, that California plate is just about brand spanking new. They started issuing plates with 7 as the first number well within the last 12 months. They’re up to 7F, but there aren’t many of them. I haven’t seen any 7G’s yet.
Just one of those little games I play when I’m driving around.
Another disinfo storyline.
This one has potential as a False Flag miniseries, as they track the guy around.
Anything to keep our Diaperhead-In-Chief’s treason out of the news.

Have found four sources thus looks credible that suspect is in custody.
