It was moving day at the White House today. First, embattled Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki resigned his post, then Press Secretary Jay Carney did so, as well. So, understandably, the President might need a hug.
But, Jay Carney did his best to make the hug as awkward as possible by grabbing Obama’s elbow. Needless to say, social media sprung into action, dubbing the moment with numerous musical interludes.

I watched the video. Carney had is hand on Obama’s shoulder when he was actually pulled close by Obama and had to move his hand to Obama’s other shoulder to compensate for this close “unwanted” embrace.
Well, he kissed O’bastard’s shoulder for cripes sake. (check the photo)
Carney was like an excited puppy that licks you all over when picked up.
He was only 1 jerky treat away from humping his leg.
I agree they are confused both being bottoms.
