Next week, the Obama administration is planning to unveil a climate action plan that it intends to implement without legislative approval. It’s a creative approach to governing, not unlike other executive actions President Obama has taken to bypass Congress.
When lawmakers refused to pass cap-and-trade legislation, Obama announced there was more than one way to skin the cat. Through climate plans, executive orders and regulatory action, he directed his agencies to find ways to curb the country’s carbon dioxide output and commit to reducing greenhouse-gas emissions.

Obama is such a dork.
If he would simply work at expanding jobs right here in America, a whole huge bunch of Americans would resoundingly approve.
But no. We get yet more climate alarmism.
The November 2016 election could really decide if this country is doomed to go down the socialist/statist path, or if we can change course.
If a Democrat is elected in 2016, then there’s no stopping the liberal agenda.
If a Republican is elected, he/she could reverse some of these executive orders.
We need a Republican president, and Republicans controlling both houses of Congress, to ever get rid of Obamacare.
Elections have consequences. Obama was re-elected with 51% of the popular vote. The other 49% have to suffer due to the narrow re-election victory.
Less than 1,000 days until Jan. 20, 2017. I hope the new president taking office on Jan. 20, 2017 is not Hillary Clinton or some other Saul Alinsky acolyte liberal.
He is in such a hurry to destroy us before his term in office ends.
I remember about this time last year when a bunch of scandals were breaking and realized we had four years for LOTS of scandals to break and we were just getting started. And so it is going. The VA think will NOT be the last one and probably won’t be the worst one.
And as he has less and less political power, it will be harder and harder to keep some information hidden, e.g. his college transcripts, etc.
But just as 2014 was much more “interesting” than 2012, and 2014 is shaping up to be much more interesting than 2013, we still have 2015 and 2016 before us. And I expect the problems for him and the country to grow exponentially, as they have already.
Keep your eyes open.

REALITY CHECK Obama, the man who campaigned on his alleged Constitutional expertise, still does not "get it".... the constitutional mechanism of the bicameral Congress, and three separate branches of government, is there to impede reckless agendas, such as his. The Founders (who lived under tyranny) constructed our govt to smack down tyranny whenever it raised its ugly head. The Founders' attention to this detail actually works.
We need these protections now, more than ever. To contemplate changes to consolidate the power of an individual or a party, is very, very foolish.
As long as the Republican is not another Democrat in Republican clothing like the last two candidates, there may still be a chance.

Obama should be grateful to Richard Nixon for creating the EPA, but mainly grateful to Doormat Republican Boehner for staying on as Speaker of the House long enough to insure that the Private US Coal Industry Destruction has successfully bypassed the US House of Representatives.
FORWARD!, as America is dragged by the Boehner/Obama RACE TO THE BOTTOM!
The lame duck session coming up will be nasty ESP if the GOP takes the senate. Boner will work with Reid and push through everything the chamber of commerce has bought from them
