Yeah, I assumed this was going to be a fund set up by “member nations” as in - the US wasn’t footing the entire bill. If that’s not the case, then I ask WTF? Surely we can find better use for the money.

Actually, I think America has always used restraint. If we crashed into Mexico or Canada with 3 divisions, that would be lack of restraint. Napoleon showed lack of restraint. Hitler showed lack of restraint. America has never been like that.
His definition of restraint includes keeping military options on the sidelines while leaving Americans, in the service of their country, to die in Benghazi. [/dripping, venomous sarcasm]
