Lindh should already be in hell for abetting the murder of Mike Spann instead of suing the prison system in the name of islam.

Fine. Make everybody wear bright orange pedal pushers, aka capris. That’ll teach ‘em.

Someone should pump a magazine’s worth of rounds into the back of his head and make this all a moot point.

I wish that little prick had been capped the second he was found.

I bet Johnny Walker Lindh gets better treatment than our VA veterans.

Oh well as long as he wasn’t rebaptized by waterboarding, no one will care.

Its not convenient to be outraged about it.

” ………………..and a federal judge agreed, ruling that barring Muslims from engaging in the daily group ritual violates a 1990s law that forbids the government from curtailing religious speech. “The denial of daily group prayer opportunities substantially burdens Mr. Lindh’s religious beliefs,” the judge wrote.”

Historically and in a normal world the security issues of running the prison would supersede this “individual right.”

".... a 1990s law that forbids the government from curtailing religious speech.

But not in public schools. You are allowed all sorts of religious freedom in prison.

it used to be, back when reality existed, anyone who victimized another person and was prosecuted and jailed for their crime, they lost their rights to everything except to eat, breath and drink water. No wonder crime is out of control in the US.

In addition, a pilgrimage to Mecca is required of every Muslim who can afford it as one of the Five Pillars of the faith

So if some provides the money for the trip will some MORON judge allow that?

Make them all wear G-strings, they don’t fall below the ankle.
They have to wear them at all times, in all weather.
All of the G-strings must be pink in order to identify them as only prison wear.
The pink G-string can only be removed for showering or upon demand by the other non-mooselimb prison lifer perverts.
Buggering is after all acceptable to mooselimbs.

I’m a bit embarrassed that I missed JWL getting captured and convicted. I thought he was still a fugitive.

It truly is a dark irony (better word would be ‘injustice’) that of all the horrible things the general public hears going on inside prison walls, that those horrible things rarely ever happen to those that most deserve it.

I know lots of muslims who pray individually as opposed to in groups.
