I predicted that the muslims would use the Federal courts to get Sharia installed.

I predicted that the gay marriage crowd would use the Federal courts to get gay marriage in those states passing laws against it.

It is little different than the Federal judge who forces the a state to put Conyers on the November ballot, even though Conyers’s staff did not get the number of legal signatures required.

FED Courts trump state anti-Sharia.
