...restaurant and waitress after handwriting experts finds he DIDN'T write the racial slur
Red Lobster waitress Christina Jenkins posted a picture of a check she received last month with 'none n*****' written on the tip line Devin Barnes, the 21-year-old customer she was serving, says he didn't write the racial slur He even hired a forensics expert to evaluate his handwriting who found no connection to the handwriting on the check Mr Barnes has now filed a $1 million lawsuit against both Jenkins and Red Lobster By DAILY MAIL REPORTER PUBLISHED: 19:23 EST, 23 May 2014 | UPDATED: 05:29 EST, 24 May 2014 626 shares 124View comments A Tennessee man who was accused of using a racial slur on a receipt at a Red Lobster restaurant last year is suing the restaurant chain and the waitress who cashed in on the incident after she posted a copy of the receipt on the Internet. Devin Barnes, 21, claims he never wrote the racial slur on the receipt, and that the negative attention he received as a result of the way Toni Christina Jenkins - the waitress who claims to have received the slur - publicized the incident is slanderous. In Barnes' suit, filed in Williamson County Circuit Court, he claims Jenkins slandered him by misusing his personal information, and that Red Lobster's 'willful and malicious ... omissions to act' by failing to prevent Jenkins from using his name and information 'to gain publicity and money' has caused lasting damage to his reputation.

Scumbag trial lawyers strike again.
I agree.
Gee I wonder who is going to pay the $1 million, the waitress or the restaurant......
Well, if I'm not mistaken, the young "lady" has already received money from this alsharptoning, and being a gibsmedat adherent, whose phone, housing and health care is assured by obama, it is a sure bet that she has already spent it.
As far as the restaurant, most likely they will be on the hook (or their insurer, at least), which will result in prices going up...therefore, you will pay for all of it, in one way or the other.
Me, I'll do my part by never eating at a Red Lobster and avoiding those establishments that employ the alsharpton gibsmedat persons.
Racist? No, not really. I was never particularly concerned with race until the gibsmedats started shoving it in my face on every damned issue they had.
Sickle Cell Anemia: Whitey's fault.
Shortened life span of black males: Whitey's fault.
Traviljamal can't read: Whitey's fault.
I can go on and on, but most of the readers of this forum have heard it again and again and again, and most, like me are not inherently racist...just disgusted with a class of people that so readily accept the gibsmedat attitude, yet curse and demonize the very people that are actually trying to help them improve their lives.
LBJ had no idea of the monster he had created when he shoved The Great Society down our throats.
(Or perhaps he did...it's too late now.)
I think LBJ knew exactly what he was doing.
“Me, I’ll do my part by never eating at a Red Lobster and avoiding those establishments that employ the alsharpton gibsmedat persons.”
This has become easy to do as money gets tight; I can help my bottom line and keep my money out of some racial malcontent’s hands...
I eat out regularly, I always tip in cash and for the tip line I write “in cash”. Harder to commit fraud.
“Man accused of writing ‘N*****’ on receipt....”
I’m not buying it.

I guess I’m unaware why Red Lobster is a party to the suit. Seems that all they did was to hire her. How are they responsible for her fraud?
Employers are responsible for what their employees do on the job, broadly speaking.
They can turn around and sue the employee.
The employer has deep pockets, the employee not so much.
Christina Jenkins was just trying out a new technique she thought up for Do-It-Yourself wealth redistribution.
After all, it works for the professonal race pimps every time, doesn’t it.

“Red Lobster’s ‘willful and malicious ... omissions to act’ by failing to prevent Jenkins from using his name and information ‘to gain publicity and money’ has caused lasting damage to his reputation”
After violating restaurant policy, card issuer policy, state law, federal law, she still has a job?
“After the completion of a full investigation into this matter, Miss Jenkins returned to work.”
I hope the couple immediately canceled that card. I would be watching every account and card I have after an incident like this. There are a lot of “end vs means” progressives that would destroy your life in a moment just for the sport.
I am not surprised that the handwriting expert said it was not the customer’s writing.
NOW- I want the handwriting compared to the waitress.....
Then I would up the ante in the lawsuit to millions more.
i could not agree more, a spot-on post.
My poor lower middle class family was never of the 93% lockstep voting gibsmedat al(not so)sharp-toning society (you know who U B, and U ain’t anglo saxon).
Thanks to my parents hard work and non-parasite metality they instilled in me, i have become the hated white privledged majority who are racist and owe reparations.
When you are given ObammyPhones by the halfrican along with EBT credit cards (because food stamps are demeaning), just who is the slave?
keep’n it real in a gibsmedat world.
It might be cheaper in the long run to go charter a service, go and catch your own lobsters and consume them on your own terms...
The restaurant chain really is going to become “Dead Lobster” now...
I say good riddance...
We usually visit our local RL a few times a year, and the employees of all colors are just fine.

"Ill have those niggers voting Democratic for the next 200 years. Lyndon B. Johnson to two governors on Air Force One -
