The Cadillac ELR has been on sale for just five months, but General Motors is now offering dealers a $5,000 incentive to offer test drives in the Chevrolet Volt-based plug-in hybrid. To receive the incentive, dealers have until June 2 to designate ELRs in their current inventory as test vehicles, after which each test car has to log a minimum of 750 test-drive miles.
The incentives could be because 1,700 ELR coupes remained unsold in dealer inventories at the end of April. At current sales rates, thats a 725-day supply, which is almost exactly two years worth of cars.

That’s actually a good looking car. VW sells millions of ‘em. Just not here in the USA.
The resize html code ONLY CHANGES THE DISPLAYED DIMENSIONS. The full image file is downloaded to ones computer, thus the resize command does not alter download speed nor the cached file size. As an example someone posted images of Isiah Leggett reducing the displayed image size. Using the browser full image command the very ugly mug more than filled the screen making the number and color of his nose hairs and pores stand out in hi rez. TMI as well as angering my dog. Best solution is to change resolution optimized for e-mail and send to imgur or other image bank.
This I knew, but for quick and easy posting, it’s the only way. Redefining the image and uploading to another site to then display is very time consuming.................
Consider buying a used Caddy. Last year I bought a 2008 CTS 2.6L V6 like this one. It's the premium model loaded with every option available and had only 24k miles on it. It cost considerably less than half the price of a new one, about the same price of the 2014 Honda Accord Sport base model. I'll take the used Caddy any day.

I can’t find anthing saying he bought an ELR. Got a link?
No offense, but what then is the point of changing the displayed size as download time remains unchanged. In fact is increased before the image is displayed as the full file is downloaded to your device and then processed on your machine before popping up on your screen. May not be much on new machines but a serious drag on phones and portable devices. Just sayin’.
It’s not my fault if someone has AOL and dial-up on a 386....................
Could buy two VW Passat models, TDI (diesel) for that money.
The VW diesel gets about 36 mpg real world mileage, or more.
One conventional diesel engine is all of the technology to worry about.
The VW diesel vehicles hold their value very well.
In addition, the 64 1/2 to 66 Mustangs have the 'it' factor that a modern Cadillac can't touch. Park a nicely maintained or restored original Mustang in a parking lot and almost everyone will give it a long once-over (and most guys will circle the car in admiration) while a new Cadillac won't elicit a second glance.
Newest caddy I own is a 1991 Seville.. 90K on the clock.
I think a guy could almost own 2 325d BMW’s no?
As a kid, my dream car was the 1953 Eldorado convert, first year of the Rado. These new RWD 3.6L V6 CTSs haul ass and handle like a sportscar. I’m still discovering gadgets on mine.
Let me guess these unsold cars will be called “test vehicles” and GM will crow about how they have less inventory of these vehicles.
37 miles? and then you got 1 gallon of gas to get you to a charging station??
hahaha
try crossing Death Valley in that.
or drop the % symbol and its the number of pixels or something
