'Price Is Right,' 'The View' fans outraged at timing of President Obama's speech on VA scandal

Call it the ultimate “first world problem.”

President Obama responding Wednesday to alleged misconduct at Department of Veterans Affairs hospitals has infuriated fans of TV game show "The Price Is Right" and talk show "The View."

Obama's speech --- addressing claims that VA hospitals rigged records to make it seem as if wait times were shorter than they actually were --- interrupted the 11 a.m. television hour via breaking news interruption. These interruptions are typically decided on by networks, but angry Twitter posts from fans were aimed at the President nonetheless.

"If Obama takes up one more minute of my Price is Right, I'm going to throw the remote at my tv," tweeted one fan.
