Anyone can Love Anyone they want...but, there is no such thing as “gay marriage”....it’s not possible.

I am absolutely opposed to these rulings and the DOMA ruling but the answer is ... “yes”.
Doesn’t mean don’t fight, and yeah anything is possible, but this issue is lost. Putting aside the fact that Judges across the spectrum are ruling against laws outlawing these “marriages”, SCOTUS will never, ever undo tens of thousands of marriages, legal changes, etc.
Sometimes as a Prosecutor we had to realize “we lost that issue or case, move on to the next one.”

It isn’t marriage, so the question is moot.

It will be stopped after the generation of gays haven’t reproduced their own.

We are faced with a corrupt president, Congress and the courts, not to mention corrupt officials at the state level, all of whom are leading this nation to destruction at the hands of God. I can only pray that for the sake of the good people, He will smite the evildoers and save those who hold fast to His commandments.

We need to keep track of how many gay people are actually getting married. It seems to be increasing slightly - mostly because gays now feel compelled to do it since they carried on so much about it. But several years ago, despite the push, very few guys were getting married. Honest statistics should tell the real story.

It's going to take a large scandal or two before the majority shifts against gays.
And it will come (my guess is from Hollyweird). Perversions will ALWAYS result in scandal.

Probably not in this ultra PC world we live in. Oh, & BTW, I for one am getting sick of hearing about this travesty. Why is it important that we are forced to know where the queers stick it? Just sick and tired of this sickness.

Our culture is sick unfortunately.
We’re not shocked by anything. The cheapening of life, especially at the beginning and end, the normalizing of perversity and the abandonment of God. These are symptoms of grave illness, but we see it as some kind of human evolution. It will not end well, but maybe in the end we will have learned something. Pray.

For all the hoopala, you’d think we had 50 million gays.
How many gays are there?
How many will actually marry?
How many gay marriages will actually last?
I’m betting we get a rash of unsucessful marriages, followed by a steep decline.

If SCOTUS took this up next week, they’d declare the recognication of homosexual marriage to be a long-standing tradition. SCOTUS is a “go with the flow” operation.

The full power of the media, the government, and PC-oriented companies is behind it. I don’t see any way to stop it.

In the event of a Circuit split, the Supreme Court will affirm gay marriage on a narrow Windsor argument, that the DOMAs were motivated by homophobia and hence invalid. Will probably carve away some of the more aggressive District Court reasoning if any of that survives into a Circuit decision on which it takes cert.
The only really interesting question is whether there will even be a Circuit split that compels the Supreme Court to rule. Only the Fourth, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits have even a chance of reversing a District Court opinion, and I'd go 2:1 odds that they won't be able to find their way here. I don't think that two pro-gay marriage Circuit decisions will vary enough in their reasoning for the Supreme Court to justify taking cert on the academic issue, but who knows.

The only way to stop it now is a amendment to the Federal Constitution.

Thanks for postin this: a truly explanatory article about why the entire judiciary is now overtly pro-gay-mirage (I say "mirage" because it's something that's delusory, but looks real): and that is, that the courts now see "gay" as not a conduct, an act, a behavior, but an identity. Thus, while a law could theoretically, regulate or prohibit this behavior, a law cannot discriminate against this class of people.
Delusory, as I said. And disturbing.
