... except the ones in the car I saw last night with the large, fairly new sticker on it that said “African Americans for Obama”. I do think there is a small sea change occurring where opinion/support of Obama is concerned, but some people will never change and it’s pretty disgusting that they support him based on race rather than content of character, competence, or anything else that REALLY matters for someone wielding the power of the Presidency.

The jug-eared moron: The blame lies with previous administrations, on past decisions, and anyone else but me, but it does upset and anger me to the point where I will do nothing more than talk about rectifying the situation at some undetermined point in the future, assuming that someone in my administration determines that it is not a phony scandal.
Firing the general would have been a mistake. Who would replace him and how long would it take to run one through the vetting process in the Senate? Then there would be a months long grace period while he looked around to find his desk, the water cooler and his job description. The problem is not the general or his ability. The problem is that you can’t fire the miscreants in the bureaucracy. They are entrenched for life by the work rules. Its the same stupidity that brought down several Chinese Dynastys. It will manifest itself eventually in the Obamacare monstrosity too.
This guy is so low on the moral scale, and so high on the pathological narcissist scale, that he can’t even bring himself to say “I take full responsibility (but, implicitly, don’t admit guilt, or accept consequences)” the way clinton might.
