They act afraid of people of color

There's a DAMN good reason for this, and it's not physical fear. MANY of us have busted our asses, often through as much if not more adversity than many blacks or Hispanics, to climb the social and corporate ladder to our positions. To have a single black man or black woman call us a racist, regardless of context or verity, would absolutely destroy the credibility we've worked so hard to attain and turn us into social and corporate pariahs for the same.

The very definition of racism has been maligned and destroyed and bears no meaning to the dictionary or historical definition under the modern convention of the word. It's a damn shame and it's destroying people.

I font every point on this list to be absolutely true, if you are referring to LIBERAL/PROGRESSIVE White people.

Every white liberal / progressive I have seen thinks about Black people exactly this way.
