I rarely read MSNBC anymore, but curiosity got the better of me. I clicked on their response to Florida Sen. Marco Rubio’s comment about liberals denying the science of life and abortion.
The MSNBC headline read, “Marco Rubio’s scientific blunder on abortion.”
Here’s what the third paragraph said, “In fact, ‘life’ and ‘conception’ aren’t scientific terms, and the rights of a blastocyst, embryo or fetus compared to the pregnant woman aren’t up to scientists; they’re subjective, based on personal, religious, or political commitments.”

Many people falsely believe that life begins when it is self sustainable.

If the term “life” is not scientific, then I suppose the taking of an adult “life” (whatever that means /sarc) cannot be illegal...

The correct term is post birth abortion.
That is, there is no actual difference between aborting a life before or after the birth event.
The concept of murder is trumped by the concept of legal abortion. There is no illegal murder. There is only legal post birth abortion

Abortionists try to change the perception of the fetus to that of a parasite by adding self-sustainability as a criteria for life.
If you use the scientific definition of life, there is no question that abortion is murder.
It’s about perception: imagine the image of a hunk of bloody dead cow vs a filet mignon. Or a chicken placenta vs an egg.... it’s all about perception!!!
