Luis Gutierrez: 'Every Institution in America' Should Work Around Fed. Immigration Laws

On Monday, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) suggested that until Congress passes sweeping amnesty legislation, "every institution in America" should find ways to ignore or work around federal immigration laws. He also said that President Barack Obama's Deferred Action program was the first step in implementing more amnesty programs.

Testifying before a Senate Subcommittee hearing in Chicago on "Immigrant Enlistment" that Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) chaired, Gutierrez said that "every institution in America, including our military, must work around the inability of our federal government and the U.S. House of Representatives to fix our immigration system."

He also pushed the Navy and Marines to allow U.S. citizens who are married to illegal immigrants to enlist at a hearing in which Durbin called on the Pentagon to start enlisting DREAMers.

Gutierrez, one of the most vocal pro-amnesty legislators, has repeatedly called on Obama to flout the nation's immigration laws even more and act unilaterally to give amnesty to more illegal immigrants, including the families of those offered temporary amnesty.

"DACA [Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals] is an important first step in implementing modern immigration policies that reflect our values and strengthen our nation," he said. "Next we must fully incorporate DACA recipients and their families and the millions of immigrants who live among us into our society."(continued)

This imbecile Gutierrez is not that smart--his co-conspirators need to be exposed.We need to determine where Gutierrez is getting his orders from and with whom he is colluding. Gutierrez outlines treacherous activities which are significant national security threats......which serve to undermine the US' sacrosanct rule of law. These acts correspond with flaccid, decrepit Third World countries' calculated plans to weaken and subjugate the US to their evil demands.

Gutierrez and his co-conspirators are a national security threat and present a clear danger to law-abiding US citizens. Many illegal are hardened criminals w/ convictions for: (1) drunk or drugged driving, (2) aggravated assault, (3) flight escape, (4) pedaling dangerous drugs, (5) vehicle theft, (6) kidnapping, (7) sexual assault, and, (8) homicide.

The 36,007 criminal released by ICE in 2013 were encumbered w/ about 88,000 convictions.

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to legal penalties: a monetary fine; incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates
◾Social Security status
◾Citizenship status

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

Gutierrez's aye vote for amnesty needs to be summarily disqualified. As an elected official, Gutierrez has an inherent conflict of interest in the amnesty provision which protects elected latinos from wrongdoing. More below.
