Operation American Spring, billed as a Friday morning multi-million patriot march on Washington, D.C., to oust leadership from the nation’s capital — from President Obama to House Speaker John Boeher — has proven woefully below expectations.
“It’s a very dismal turnout,” said Jackie Milton, 61, a Jacksboro, Texas, resident and the head of Texans for Operation American Spring, to The Washington Times. He said hopes were high when he arrived in Alexandria, Va., a day or so ago and found motels and hotels were sold out for 30 miles around.

Sounds like the whole thing was one man’s imagination
I think I first read about Operations American Spring about a month ago and projections were up to 30 million folks showing up and the organizers has more than a million commitments to show up.
It could be the weather which at one time was raining in DC and it is still only 68 degrees and only partly sunny.
But today is Friday and it seems they plan to continue through the weekend.

I definitely didn’t trust that guy, and while I entertained putting together a FR contingent for a while, I felt association with the leader of this thing would not be wise.
See, that's not how to do this.
If we rise up to throw off the shackles, it will likely be spontaneous and like the Bundy deal, and even then there will be no stated desire for a coup... just a DEMAND that the Fed Government quit the shenanigans.

I expect you’re right. The majority of conservatives are law abiding and do not intend to easily give Obama and Holder an excuse to use all their recently acquired arsenal of ammunition on them. - A rally that looks more like it could be a trap (although it probably is not) isn’t too inviting to most conservatives.

I never even heard of this. Guy needed to better communicate his message...social media is huge now.
Revolutions are fought by desperate people with nothing to lose. People here are still well within their comfort zone.
Beacuse it's a false flag operation, designed to create the illusion that there's no groundswell of opposition in DC government.

These things will never work with conservatives. The conservatives I know have no problem defending what is theirs, and are very reluctant to take anything from anyone.
So, the only way you will see mass action by conservatives will be, like the Bundy ranch, where they have banded together to protect something, not march to kill and take something.
I heard about this months ago (here on FR), but after that? Nada.

Nonsense. IF any painting is occurring, and I see no evidence of that, it would be in a Propaganda News Media, who would blame us for Jeffery Dahmer if he was found out today.
Nobody's buying the Propaganda Accounts any more, except those who are desperate to hate us anyways.
Like Free Republic's March for Justice in 1998 that called for Clinton's impeachment and removal from office.
