Operation American Spring, billed as a Friday morning multi-million patriot march on Washington, D.C., to oust leadership from the nations capital from President Obama to House Speaker John Boeher has proven woefully below expectations.
Its a very dismal turnout, said Jackie Milton, 61, a Jacksboro, Texas, resident and the head of Texans for Operation American Spring, to The Washington Times. He said hopes were high when he arrived in Alexandria, Va., a day or so ago and found motels and hotels were sold out for 30 miles around.

We need to be at home working on campaigns now. It’s not the time for a march on DC.
We were getting over two inches of rain in hour in parts of Virginia this morning, Mr. Milton said. Now its a nice sunny day. But this is a very poor turnout. It aint no millions. And it aint looking like theres going to be millions. Hundreds is more like it.
Weather is always a factor in the turnout for a large political rally and the weather seems to have been very bad in Virginia as only several hundred of the millions who planned to go could get there due to weather conditions.
I live in Virginia and this article is the first I’ve heard of this demonstration.
Unfortunately or fortunately however you look at it the people that need to go to an event like this have jobs or other responsibilities. The progressives that attends rallies of the left have nothing else to do or get paid for attendance.
Working on campaigns that will solve nothing.
The organizers are calling for a coup. That’s why conservatives are staying away.
Bingo.
Also kinda like jury duty.
First I heard of it was yesterday, driving home: the organizer was on the Savage Nation. . .
There is another factor to think of.
The State is very willing to attack and punish detractors, look at the IRS. Many are keeping their heads down.
And to be honest, this thing had an odd feel to it. I just couldn’t shake the feeling it was a false flag.
I first heard of it yesterday. Whoever organized this did a terrible job of getting out the message.
What difference does it make whether 500 or 5,000,000 show up, the media will make it seem like only 5 showed up.
Yeah. The “popular” uprisings around the world have been nothing but disaster after disaster.
False flag, I agree. It was designed to fail from the start for the purpose of demoralizing the Tea Party movement ahead of elections. As if oppression by the IRS isn’t enough.
It will solve some things here if we get the right folks in. Do what you can do & let God take care of the rest.
False flag operation?
We were wondering the same thing this morning. Nobody heard of it until a day or two ago.
The fellow on Savage yesterday just sounded like the stereotype the left has for a Tea Party’er...a retarded, drawling hick.
Besides my need to concentrate on some things in my life (notably work), I also had a feeling this would be the case.
Here’s the deal: Only the stomach will motivate. When people actually get physically hungry and without shelter and energy, will they start REALLY rising up.
