The fabled Chicken Little knew the sky would fall some day, just not in a country where the news would be greeted with the words: Mon Dieu!
In a scene that transcends the folklore of Henny Penny, more commonly known as Chicken Little, Secretary of State John Kerry yesterday gave a world platform to French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, who immediately sent out a warning that the world has only 500 days remaining to avoid total climate chaos.
The world now knows why President Barack Obama renamed the household words Climate Change first cousin of Global Warming to Climate Disruption a few weeks back

It’s all about shearing another layer of our flesh.
It’s still kind of funny in a twisted and sick way.
Maybe he is aware of something big happening in 500 days. That this was on his mind and he let it slip out unintentionally.
ManBearPig Warm(/n)ing.
HANG TIGHT...make that 1500 days to GLOBAL COOLING....
"This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow, and our planet began to heal.
Welcome King Barack "Canute" Obama the Great.....
...Obama issues an Executive Order to the Sun...
....to increase it's magnetic field....
and make a good crop of sunspots before elections in 2016....
(PhysOrg.com) -- Sunspot formation is triggered by a magnetic field, which scientists say is steadily declining. They predict that by 2016 there may be no remaining sunspots, and the sun may stay spotless for several decades.
The last time the sunspots disappeared altogether was in the 17th and 18th century, and coincided with a lengthy cool period on the planet known as the Little Ice Age....and lasted 400 years.
Good luck surviving with less electricity and GE modified seeds.

Looks like we headed for another Maunder Minimum...and a big drop in global grain production....
Where’s the 2013 data point in the fist plot?
also on Norwegian grain production drop: http://wattsupwiththat.com/2013/10/05/norways-wheat-production-impacted-by-climate-change/
The first article shows how recent sunspot data is tracking similar to the Maunder Minimum data.
From time to time the US has had cultist crazies who have preached about the end of the world on a specific date not far in the future.
Some of them persuaded their believers into giving away their valuables, meeting together on a mountaintop, or even committing group suicide.
When the world didn’t end as predicted, most of them slunk away in shame and were never taken seriously again. The MSM press served a useful function in exposing them—back in the day.
You think the press is going to shame Prince Charles, Al Gore, or any of the climate crazies?
Meanwhile, here in Southern Louisiana, in mid-May, we awoke to temps that were barely out of the 40s...
Just google “suns magnetic field in decline” for 1.3 million articles on this topic.
I’ve seen the plot plenty of times before. It just seems that it is past time to plot the data point for 2013.
Their trying anything the can to Wag The Dog.
Shouldn’t that be fried chicken little?
Isn't that Barak Obama who said "the Constitution is outdated and flawed".
Consider the source of these chicken little proclamations.
500 days, coincidentally about the time president mom jeans leaves office.
also 500 days seems like an awfully convenient, rounded number. you know until ultimate chaos occurs. i’d really like to see the mathematical calculations to get an even 500.000000 days.
Why bother?
I’ll be dead by 2030...don’t care.
If I’m not dead, I’ll buy a coat.
Why else would iGore have bought that mansion in southern Kalifornia? He's knows that it's going to be too cold for him in Tennessee, plus he wants to be with all those Beautiful People instead of a bunch of ignorant rednecks.
