(CNSNews.com) The United States Agency for International Development is planning to spend $24.5 million to circumcise an estimated 150,000 to 200,000 male infants and males aged 10 to 49 in the kingdom of Swaziland by 2018.
The Kingdom of Swaziland has the highest rates of HIV in the world, accounting for 31 percent HIV prevalence among adults, the grant said.

Castration would work better.
Where is the evidence that circumcision protects against HIV? That seems very unlikely.
They already tried that on the Republicans in Washington.
I thought it said Switzerland.
STDs are more common in uncircumcised men and having an untreated STD increases the likelihood of being an HIV vector.
I warn my Swazi friends when it comes to the U.S. Government, it’s never, ever just the tip.
Where is the evidence that circumcision protects against HIV? That seems very unlikely.
I play racquetbal with a urologist. He went to South Africa during medical school to start up circuncision clinics. He said circumcision is almost like a vaccine against HIV. Dramatic reduction in rates, more among hetros than homos..

By tracking newly acquired infections in both groups, investigators discovered that circumcision cut HIV transmission rates by 55 to 65 percent. In fact, all three trials were stopped early due to the overwhelming evidence of circumcision's protective effect.
Another State Dept slush fund.
A Jewish Dr who does circumsisions tosses them into a drawer after each one.
One day he takes this drawer full of you-know-whats and decides to make a wallet out of them.
Next thing you know he’s sitting at a bar and a guy comments on his nice wallet.
The Dr. says oh thanks. Best thing about it is if you rub it, it turns into a suitcase.
Badabump tish
Facts:
1. AIDS is fatal.
2. AIDS is incurable.
3. Circumcision is claimed to be 55% effective in preventing spread of AIDS.
The author hereby notes the following:
1. The 55% effect probably diminished with reduction of post-Operation sensitivity/pain consequential to healing of the operation site.
2. As the post-OP patients will certainly spread this fatal disease, though hopefully somewhat less rapidly than in their pre-OP condition, it is inarguable that removal of both heads stops further transmission of the AIDS virus in 100% of patients.
3. Queer nation, and apologists for same, are requested to remember that as contraction of AIDS is lethal to all victims, to in any way support any spread of AIDS is to support “Assault With A Deadly Weapon”.
Exactly. They’re spending it on horrs and licker.
So it’s not like they’re throwing away tax money.
Funny one.
Where are all those anti-circumcision activists when you need them? You know, the ones that used to be on Donahue and stuff?
STDs are more common in uncircumcised men and having an untreated STD increases the likelihood of being an HIV vector.
Which means that the cure for AIDS in Africa is penicillin.
Assuming you can eliminate the cultural factors like taking pride in genital STD sores, and having “dry” sex.
Theodore Pong, that’s the name I was trying to think of. Big anti-circumcision activist.
I heard the same joke in 1967. I bought an elephant-skin wallet on Tu-Do Street in Saigon. One of my mates said if I rubbed it, it’d turn into a set of luggage.
