Imagine if this pansy ass pajama boy had to pick up a rifle and fight for this belief? He knows he wouldn't last five minutes so he would rather just dictate that this ruling be carried out.
On the other hand - I can think of many here and in my life who could pick up a rifle and win the fight for just the opposite of this kind of ruling. It's why they want our guns, so they can rule with thoughts like this without any kind of repercussion.
