“The Idaho State Constitution does not prohibit gay marriage. It only prohibits two persons of the same gender (regardless of sexual preference) from marrying each other. And the last time I checked, the Constitution was considered to be constitutional.”
That is in fact exactly the issue. No law is prohibiting sodomites from getting marrying. They just don’t want to get married they want to redefine marriage.
Its also worth noting that Marriage is a religious not State institution. And there is no more reason for anyone to respect the vow of sodomites than they respect the practice of Sodomy such Vows represents.
A sinful pack is no pack at all, and holds no value to that of believers.
“As far as cousins marrying, so long as you dont have it as often as the European Royalty did, it isnt as risky.
Why should there be any consanguinity limitations for a homosexual “marriage”?”
For that matter why should you even bother calling their union a Marriage? There are no natural children(family) to be bound around nor is their any possibility that there ever will be.
As individuals they may adopt or have children with member of the other sex but in such cases it is rather clear which adult has parental rights & responsibility and there need be no union to bind that which was never naturally formed.
Frankly if they want to dance around and pretend their husband and wife in a sodomite relationship let them do it with their own resources and not involve the rest of us in their sinful affair.
I’m sorry. Where in the Constitution is it stated that we have the RIGHT to get married?
