U.S. first lady Michelle Obama took the rare step of delivering her husband President Barack Obama's weekly radio address on Saturday to express outrage over the kidnapping of some 200 girls in Nigeria last month.
"Like millions of people across the globe, my husband and I are outraged and heartbroken over the kidnapping of more than 200 Nigerian girls from their school dormitory in the middle of the night," Mrs. Obama said in the address.
"This unconscionable act was committed by a terrorist group determined to keep these girls from getting an education - grown men attempting to snuff out the aspirations of young girls."

It’s a very sad story. These girls will have a bad fate. If they have not been sold already, they will be sold into slavery or prostitution.
When you see what happens in some parts of the world, you would think that liberals would thank their lucky stars to be in America. Compared to the fate of these kidnapped girls, liberal females in westernized countries have no complaints at all, in my opinion.

The news about these killings and kidnappings was out of Nigeria for at least two weeks before the Obamas uttered a word. I may disagree with Obama on what to do but as president, he has the power to do something. He can direct, if not coordinate, action.
Going on TV and begging someone do something when you have the power to do something reeks of campaigning. He’s literally playing politics over the rape and imprisonment of hundreds of girls.

I think the liberals gloss over the details of abortion, by saying it’s a matter of “women’s health” and other such descriptions.
I would love to ask the liberals also, why is it that pregnant women talk about their “baby”? Any pregnant woman I have ever known describes her fetus as a “baby”.
