I wonder what “all” will mean.

Yes, they’ve agreed to turn over all Lois Lerner’s emails.....in about 2.6 years.

How will anyone know for sure if they get them all? A lot of time has gone by; plenty of opportunity to doctor/erase the most damning ones, seems to me.

Anyone who believes ALL emails will be turned over is living in a dream world.

Any damn'ing emails between Lerner and Obama or Lerner and any other "high level" government operatives have been removed.

Sure, one or two emails that indict Lerner but don't indict anyone else may be left (just to satisfy the easily distracted) but beyond that ..... YAWN.

The Obama Administration has covered up another scandal. When Obama told O'Reilly "not a smidge" of IRS corruption during his Superbowl interview, Obama KNEW the files were being cleansed.

Was she using other email accounts outside of the official .gov ones like the former EPA director?

Don’t kid yourselves

There is a neat trick these government officals play

They create a fake email account, and share the userid/pwd with someone

Then they create emails and save them as a draft (not SENT)

The other person just looks at the DRAFTS folder for new messages to him that were never SENT

In this day and age, every government owned computer should automatically archive every email, and all those emails should be available to Congress.

If my private company has the right to monitor all my email, and all my Internet use while using a company-owned computer, then the representative of the people should have the same authority.

There should be no reason to have to request emails from a government agency, but even then, there should never be a denial of a request to provide them!

Congress needs to bring in a forensic expert to audit the IRS servers and personal email accounts....

Every email leaves a trail...even the ones not sent but put in a draft folder to share....

They dig long enought they will hit gold....

...or they could just ask the NSA....; }

It’s about time, but what do they mean by “all?” The same “all” that the White House meant when they turned over all of the (non-incriminating) Benghazi emails?

Reminds me of the guy that went to the All the Fish You Can Eat Eatery and after he eats five fish and orders more the waiter says that’s all you can eat.

Highly risky business turning over less than the whole lot. You don’t just have to avoid the mail itself, you have to scrub the logs as well. They subpoena the logs, find a record of a single piece that wasn’t turned over, and the administration’s defense case collapses.

There is no excuse for any Government agency ignoring one of these requests.

Maybe there should be a law that gives Congress direct and unfettered access to ALL government email accounts at all moments (outside of specific CIA/FBI secret information).

If some Fed goon is writing an email that they wouldn’t want Congress to read then maybe they shouldn’t be doing it.

Basically, I’m saying that the Feds should live to the same standards that we do.
