My next door neighbors have 2 English Mastiffs, close to 400 pounds of dog flesh. The dogs were both in the house when burglars broke into the master bedroom and stole jewelry. They had to know the dogs were there and were not deterred
Exactly! My closest neighbor has 3 outdoor dogs who barked continually all night until I finally got fed up enough to politely notify him that his dogs were keeping my wife and I awake for hours every night. He now keeps them shut up in his basement for most of the night, but even so they still begin barking again at 7 AM when he lets them out.
My point is that those dogs couldn't possibly bark any louder or sound any more fierce even if his home was being invaded by a car load of criminal intruders.
my neighbor’s yappers bark almost continuously from the moment she puts them out until she brings them in. Just last Tuesday I timed 2 hours and 20 minutes of continuous barking from a little before 8:00PM until just after 10:00PM. I assumed that she prought them in. They then performed for about 40 minutes from just after 11:00PM. last night continuous barking from about 7:40 unil a bit after 9:00
