I found this but I think it’s for a very large amount:
Finally sweet-talked a waitress into getting it for me.
Mushroom Seasoning:
2 cups granulated garlic
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup black pepper
3/4 cup onion salt
1/4 cup salt
Be really light with this stuff. Very strong. Sauteed some baby bella mushrooms, then added this seasoning to it-> perfect.

I wouldn’t eat a fungus unless you had it wrapped in bacon.

Nothing says you have to use it all at once. Whip up a batch, use what you need and save the rest for later.

I don’t know but here is mine!
2 cloves garlic
1 full stick of butter
1/2 large red onion chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
saute onions and garlic first on medium heat brown onions and garlic add sliced Mushrooms
I love the B&B Mushrooms, however the big ones in the produce section will be fine.
Sprinkle with Cavender’s
Raise heat till steamy and still tender.! Add more butter and Cavender’s if needed!

yummy, thanks all for the recipe . I bet that would be good on burgers too in small amounts.
