The family of an armed robber is speaking out after surveillance video was released of their family member committing an armed robbery.
On the video Dante Williams is clearly seen entering a South Carolina Waffle House, pointing a gun at employees and customers and attempting to rob the restaurant.
Justin Harrison was eating at the bar. Harrison, a concealed carry permit holder, was armed. He waited for an opportunity, shot Williams, and attempted to detain the second suspect.
The family of Williams says that Harrison didnt need to shoot and shouldnt have felt threatened. They want to change South Carolinas carry permit laws to require more training in order to get a permit. Many gun rights activists consider time consuming and costly training requirements to be a burden on their Second Amendment rights.
According to Fox Carolina
He was always sharp, always goofy, loved to dance, he was a respectable boy, McSwain said.
McSwain said her family was disappointed that Harrison wasnt charged in the shooting and says her family is still considering pursuing other legal action against him.
The second suspect was eventually caught and is now in prison, serving out a 30 year sentence.
We already documented this incident back when it originally happened, so we wont add this post to the defensive gun use database.
the douchebag is another Trayvon, nothing to see here
The important thing to remember about this incident is there were no dogs hurt during this shooting.
Scum-sucking, ambulance chasing lawyer on left, entitlement family of armed robber on right, which to target? Decisions, decisions!
The left is pro-criminal
They don’t oppose the criminal having a gun, they oppose those who oppose the criminal

Mr. Justin Harrison should immediately avail himself of opportunities for psychological counseling. After all that he has been through, he is most likely particularly vulnerable to (additional) emotional distress. If the family of the dead punk decides to pursue any kind of civil litigation against Mr. Harrison, he would be in a position to counter-claim intentional infliction of emotional distress, and outrageous conduct.
Gangs and crime, followed by prison or death is your future. Thank your mothers, fathers, rainbow coalition politicians who earn their living off your plight.
I guess we’re just entering an age where some young people believe they’re obligated to become stick up men as a rite of passage with at least partial acceptance from their extended family members. If their little crime spree goes wrong, the families of the deceased will assert the victims are at least partly to blame.
Tooting my own horn here, but years ago when the CCW movement started spreading across the nation I said on FR that it’s inevitable that the right people are going to start getting killed by citizen gunfire and we’re just going to have to accept that the morally puzzled in America won’t like it a bit. At best, the media will always seek to tell “both sides of the story” under the guise of neutrality even when there is no other rational side.
Only difference between these days and the pre-CCW days is that no longer are only the criminal’s victims being killed. Nowadays the bad guys get shot too. Every one of them gets waxed means another innocent life saved that we’ll never be able to point to because the course of the future was altered when the bad guy bit the dust.
Sorry the family of the deceased lost their little bread winner.
Wonder if they found a bag of skittles on him?
It’s amazing, but the perp’s family probably honestly believes what their saying. Just plain jaw dropping.
As soon as he does this they will take away his right to bear arms, leaving him defenseless when the friends of the thugs came calling.
He should file a claim against the estate of the dead thug for the ammunition he used on the incident...
“I watched the video. I thought maybe it came from the onion.”
Unfortunately, not. I’m hearing this “they didn’t have to KILL him” whine more and more. Like it was all a big misunderstanding. They can’t (yet) come out and say it’s some kind of “social justice” that certain elements of society should be allowed to victimize certain other elements of society with impunity, even though you can tell that’s lurking in the wings.
“I wonder if his mama packed him a lunch or if he was just going to steal something when he got hungry.
Before getting himself shot, he was heard to say, “I want everybody’s money and jewelry. And I want an order of waffles and bacon to go!”
To paraphrase Goose from Top Gun - The police department regrets to inform you that your son is dead because he was stupid.
“Its amazing, but the perps family probably honestly believes what their saying. Just plain jaw dropping.”

I’m sure they do. Just as I’m sure that Ted Bundy’s family likely thought he was a really nice guy.
Thats for sure.
Family of armed robber wants stiffer gun laws so only the criminals will have guns and not have to fear their victims?
RIIIIIIIIIGGGGHHHHHTTTT! Show me where to sign that petition, NOT!
but gum chewers should be shot
