Family of Dead Armed Robber Speaks Out Against CCP Holder Who Shot Him & Calls For Stricter Gun Laws
Guns Saves Lives ^ | 03 May 14 | Dan Cannon

The family of an armed robber is speaking out after surveillance video was released of their family member committing an armed robbery.

On the video Dante Williams is clearly seen entering a South Carolina Waffle House, pointing a gun at employees and customers and attempting to rob the restaurant.

Justin Harrison was eating at the bar. Harrison, a concealed carry permit holder, was armed. He waited for an opportunity, shot Williams, and attempted to detain the second suspect.

The family of Williams says that Harrison didn’t need to shoot and shouldn’t have felt threatened. They want to change South Carolina’s carry permit laws to require more training in order to get a permit. Many gun rights activists consider time consuming and costly training requirements to be a burden on their Second Amendment rights.

According to Fox Carolina

The second suspect was eventually caught and is now in prison, serving out a 30 year sentence.

We already documented this incident back when it originally happened, so we won’t add this post to the defensive gun use database.

pointing a gun at victims is enough in any court.

Next time the parent should raise their thugs not to use guns during their crime sprees.

Family, Dante is dead because he was stupid and a criminal. Find a way to deal with that, don’t blame the man who defended himself and others lawfully and properly.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

You people kill me...

Your “respectable boy” had a gun and was threatening people in order to take what wasn’t his to have.

What’s so respectable about that?

You people are despicable if you think he didn’t deserve to get what he got.

Gee, I can't imagine why anyone would feel threatened by a thug storming into a restaurant and pointing his gun at everyone while attempting to rob the place. /idiot thug relative mindset

change South Carolina’s carry permit laws to require more training
in order to get a permit.

He killed the armed robber. I think he's perfectly trained in self defense.
I cannot imagine what kind of training is the point here. Maybe dropping your
legally owned weapon that's not involved in a felony, when a robber appears?

There it is - if someone points a gun at you and tells you he is robbing you, you must not feel threatened .... (!)

Would a greater training requirement kept Dante from getting his gun?

Shouldn’t have felt threatened? Dear God, the man was threatening everyone in there, that’s the definition of an armed robbery.

We can see obviously that this apple didn’t fall far from the tree. That entire family is full of scum.

The family of Williams should apologize for making Harrison use is ammunition and then this sorry mess of a family should leave the country in utter shame.

People who point a gun at you are threatening your life. That is sort of the point behind the act. Isn't it?

Wait, let me get this straight. They want more restrictions on law-abiding gun owners. Do they want stiffer penalties for criminal gun possession or use? Maybe that would have deterred young Dante. Or, are they just seeking publicity for themselves, a possible later payout, and sympathizing with neighborhood criminals like their son?
