The news for Democrats, already bad this year, just got worse. Consider this story in the USA Today:
A nationwide USA TODAY/Pew Research Center Poll shows the strongest tilt to Republican candidates at this point in a midterm year in at least two decades, including before partisan waves in 1994 and 2010 that swept the GOP into power.
Though Election Day is six months away a lifetime in politics at the moment, Democrats are saddled by angst over the economy, skepticism about the health care law and tepid approval of the president.
The specific data point worth focusing on is that registered voters favor a generic Republican over a generic Democrat by four points (47 percent v. 43 percent).
As USA Today points out, [The GOP] lead in the generic congressional ballot is the biggest at this point for Republicans in the past 20 years. In 1994, when the GOP would gain control of the House and Senate, Democrats held a 2-point advantage in the spring of the election year. In 2010, when Republicans would win back the House, the two sides were even.

GOP are the greatest enablers of all time they will do their best to rebuild him aka immigration reform.
Even the low information voter understands things when people they know lose or can’t find jobs, people they know are losing health insurance or seeing premiums skyrocket, people they know watch the news and say “Do they really think we’re THAT stupid, people they know are paying thru the nose for energy bills, people they know are saying Obama is the worst president ever....
EVERYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL responding to THIS thread. The Secret Service watches sites like FreeRepublic ALL THE TIME! BE CAREFUL. Think Twice, Post Once!
“Gridlock is Good,” to misquote Gordon Gekko. But, reversal and repair would be better, and is much more difficult.

Think there is still a pendulum?
Better put a wood stake in it and fill the coffin with garlic and crosses...no point in taking any chances on this group rising again.
Put a fork in him, he’s done.
“at the moment, Democrats are saddled by angst over the economy, skepticism about the health care law and tepid approval of the president”
And the Nation is saddled by an incompetent, inexperienced, uncaring, narcissistic, anti-American lunkhead.
Sorry, RATs, can’t feel to badly for ya...
As Steve Earle would sing (- F The CC Lyrics):
I can say anything I wanna say
So f-— the F.C.C.
F-— the F.B.I.
F-— the C.I.A.
Livin’ in the m—————— U.S.A.
People tell me that I’m paranoid
I admit I’m gettin’ pretty nervous, boy
It just gets tougher everyday
Sit around and watch it while it slips away

He should’ve included the NSA traitors too.
The Secret Service employees are probably still to busy getting drunk and humping whores.
My how low the Secret Service has fallen.
Started with the Carter Whitehouse, got worse with the Clinton Whitehouse and now we have the Obamanation Bughouse.
The reason his presidency is a failure is because
SOCIALISM IS A FAILURE
and he tried to go “full auto/socialist” on the country.

“But over the past year, polling data has begun to suggest that Bush is no longer quite the liability he once was for the GOP, and that most Americans no longer see the current economy as something Obama inherited.”
“Since April, Bushs favorable rating has averaged 49.3”
History will not be kind to Obama.
