I imagine Jamala is another one of those Amish people.

..... Our great leader Obama has finally lead us into the promise land of the peace and harmony of a "Post Racial America" where ...... all that matters now is .... the color of our skin.

... HE is truly a great leader!

the right-wingers who control most of the media airwaves

as opposed to the left-wingers who control most of academia and alphabet agencies? seems pretty balanced then.

… centuries of white supremacy …
That’s the point where one files the self-serving hit piece under “G”.

I seemed to miss the part about out-of-control black crime, black-on-white violence (knockout game, et al), special black entitlement and on and on under Emperor Zero. I’d be fascinated to see this authoress’ data regarding the explosion of white-on-black crime, white-on-black violence, and special white entitlements under Zero. Where might dat be at ?

I guess the editors couldn’t be bothered with this opinion.

>> Let’s put some serious energy into breaking the chains of inequality and injustice, held together by white supremacy, that have our communities in economic and political chokeholds.

This is bullshit. Both Negroids and Caucasoids are contributors to racism. Should we evaluate which race exhibits a higher percentage of the xenophobic condition? And not to ignore the crap dispensed by the author.

“All of this despite the fact the President Obama has intentionally avoided issues of race, of acknowledging his blackness and all the ugly realities that go with it to prove he is a president of all the American people.”

Evidence the author of this delusional piece lives in an alternative universe.

No mention of the racist knockout game, of racist Oprah, of racists calling for an all-black NBA, of Spike Lee’s overt racism, Sharpton...

When BHO was elected, my mother in law said that at least now the Sharptons and the Jackson's in the world will now be shut upped. I told her not in the least. In fact, they will get worse. I also told her as bad as this guy is going to be, black folks will never blame him. It's the emotional bond they have with the first black president.

This article proves me right

“Let’s put some serious energy into breaking the chains of inequality and injustice, held together by white supremacy, that have our communities in economic and political chokeholds.”

These people need to grow up and take responsibility for the failures of their communities, the root of which is not “white supremacy” but their own values, behaviors, and the cult of victimization.

I think I missed the part where Bozo “tried to prove he was president of all Americans”. It must have been sometime before he declared “I won”.

“embrace is that no amount of suppression or moderation of race issues wins any points with the right-wingers who control most of the media airwaves and legislative halls.”

Say what???

Now, there's a new piece of information for me. The things you learn by reading FR, truly amazing.

Really:
From the “About” section of their newspaper:

“The St. Louis American newspaper has emerged as the leading, most-trusted voice of the area’s African-American community, and has extended its reach to become a major multi-platform media entity in Missouri. In 2012, The St. Louis American became the single largest weekly newspaper in the entire state of Missouri.”

What else would one expect? “Racism” is a business model.

We know about the plan hatched by top Republican leaders on the night of Obama’s inauguration – to take back the House in November 2010 and to make Obama, in the words of Senator Mitch McConnell, a “one-term president.”

This is the heart of the . . . for want of a better word . . . "argument." ANY political opposition to this President is by definition not just malicious but racist. I think they've sold that to about half the American people too.

In support of his contention, the author cites a curious mix of death threats against the president and his family and political opposition to his agenda.

It's articles like this that make me think Obama ain't leaving in January 2017.

The Cliven Bundys and Donald Sterlings of the world also keep us grounded in the reality of whether or not America is in a post-racial period.

Yep, the existence of private citizens (How many? A thousand? A million? What is the minimum number?) - not elected officials - who use terms which were perfectly respectable forty years ago (Bundy) or who get into (surreptitiously recorded) swearing contests with their concubines (Sterling) is evidence of the fact that America is not yet "post-racial."

No other evidence (outrageous levels of illegitimacy among certain ethnic minorities; disproportionately high incarceration rates for certain ethnic minorities for violent crimes; etc.) is proof enough.

Regards,

Yes, some people are that stupid. If any person says that Obama has intentionally avoided issues of race, they must be among the dumbest people on the planet.
