Food Poisoning Fells More Than 100 at Maryland Food Safety Summit

A U.S. food safety summit in Maryland earlier this month has become a cautionary tale after more than 100 attendees came down with suspected food poisoning.
Most of those affected complained of diarrhea, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene said in a statement.

One could wish that the veggies came from MOOCH’s garden.
Of course the bad side of this is they can ‘blame’ outside caterers etc and PASS LAWS that the state will have to supervise any food for gatherings of over 3 people.
Should pretty much put Thanksgiving out of business...
Don’t forget these are people trying to make you stop smoking in your own home or car....

Most arise from consumption of raw fruits and vegetables. There is no escape. CDC estimates 75 million people annually get some food-borne illness. We have all had them.
